Janto Vincent Sulungbudi was born in Kupang, January 29th 1966. Went to SDK Putra 1 Elementary School and SMP Negeri 2 Junior High School at Kupang and graduated in 1981. Continue to SMA St Aloysius Senior High School and Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB) Bachelor Degree in Bandung and graduated in 2001 from Physics Department.
