This Laboratory Management Training was attended by 22 participants from DKI Jakarta, West Java, and Banten. They were science teachers and laboratory assistants.
Dr. HJ. Yunita, M. Pd. was the speaker for this training. The material conveyed by her emphasized on the usage optimization of laboratory equipment usage as a mandatory education facility to support the optimum learning process. This training was so lively because participants were very enthusiastic and actively asking various questions.

After the break, participants were invited for factory visit and witness the production process of the high quality educational aids they used in their school.

After factory visit, the activity was continued by experiments. It started with the chemistry experiment, and the biology and physics experiments, which include:

• Experiment of Solution Dilution by using the Solution Maker KIT
• Observing Stomata
• Experiment of Respiration on Insects
• Basic Measurement by using the Vernier Calipers, Screw micrometer, and Basic Meter

This training was ended with the questions and answers session, post test, and questioner. By organizing this training we really hope to actively involve in improving the education in Indonesia and increasing the usage of laboratory and its equipment in the learning activities in schools.
