In accordance with our commitment to always improve the education quality, on December 4, 2013, we have organized the Laboratory Management Workshop for Junior and Senior High School Teachers and Laboratory Assistants.

The workshop was held at Pudak Scientific's Science Laboratorium Training Room, Gedebage, Bandung and was attended by 31 participants who are Junior High School teachers, members of Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran IPA (science teachers forum) from Kuningan - West Java. The speaker on this workshop was Dr. Yunita, M.Pd, a professor of Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Sunan Gunung Djati, Bandung.

In this workshop the participants were given guidance and motivation for a better management of their school laboratories. Moreover, the participants were also encouraged to actively involved in the experiments, which include:

• Mechanical Basic Measurement by using calipers and micrometer screw
• Electrical Basic Measurement by using multimeter and basic meter
• Respiration Experiment by using respirometer
• Distillation Experiment by using Distillation Kit
• Transformer Experiment by using Electric and Magnetism Kit

Participants were very enthusiastic in trying various science educational aids exhibited during workshop, such as:

• Junior High School DAK Kit (Optics, Electric and Magnetism, Mechanic, Hydro-statistic and Heat)
• Digital tense-meter
• Sphygmomanometer
• Van de Graaff Generator
• Wimshurst Machine
• Generator Model
• Smart Globe
• Electronic Game Mat

The participants of this workshop are expected to be able to properly manage their schools laboratories for a maximum utilization and a better learning quality.
