Along with the demand for faster speed of production of goods with good quality, the need for facilities and supporting infrastructure is also increasing. The use of production machines with the latest technology is a must in the current period of globalization, in order to remain competitive with other competitors. Machinery of modern production unit assembled into one automation system controlled by a computer program, becomes the main option to meet those needs.

Automation system will not work properly if it is not supported by a reliable operator. The reliability of an operator depends on good education and supported by appropriate training tools. When an operator completed his studies, he must be equipped with theoretical knowledge of automation equipment systems and sufficient practical experiences using automation tools which are similar to actual industrial equipment, particularly in mass-production sector.

Pudak scientific, as a producer of educational tools, has provide two new training tools of automation systems which were designed for vocational school students, both of high school and the college level. The two types of training tools are:

Basic level of automation:              Basic Industrial Automation MT820001 Trainer.

Advanced level of automation:       Advanced Industrial Automation MT820002 Trainer.

Both of the training tools are miniatures of actual machining systems. With these tools students can directly practise their knowledge.

The components such as pneumatics, stepper motors, compressors, belt conveyor and the other are the actual components, which can provide a real picture to the students in their educational process.
