On Thursday, July 30, 2015 Pudak Scientific held the workshop of Physic Experiment on Vibration and Waves Concept. This workshop was held at Pudak Training Center, Jl. Mekar Raya, kav. 12 Gedebage, Bandung. The material in this workshop was explained by Mr. Philips N. Gunawidjaja, Ph.D – a physics lecturer in Universitas Katolik Parahyangan Bandung. He encouraged participants to understand and explore the physics of vibration and waves in everyday life, thus participants have a better understanding about the use of physics in today’s modern life.

After the break, participants who came from Bandung, Jakarta, Bekasi, and Bogor were invited to have factory visit. Participants were very enthusiastic in witnessing the production and test of Pudak Scientific educational aids and chemistry glasses products.

After factory visit, participants had experiments workshop regarding the waves and vibration physics. Some of the experiments included:

• Experiment of Hooke and Vibration on springs.
• Spring oscillation observation by using movement sensor. 
• Observation of beats graphic of two tuning fork by using sound sensor.
• Graphic observation on the resonance cylinder experiment by using Eduscope.
• Observation of frequency effect on patterns of salt and sulfur powder on Chladni plate.

Participants were actively involved the experiments and asking various questions regarding the experiments and the tools used, particularly several participants who already had Pudak Scinetific educational aids but did not know how to properly use it. Participants conveyed that this kind of event is very beneficial for them.
